Return Policy – DUGOS

At DUGOS, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Eligible Items for Return

You may request a return for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Items that are unused and in original condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products (including e-books) once downloaded or accessed
  • Items returned after the 15-day return window
  • Items not in original condition or damaged due to misuse
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale (if applicable)
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will review the issue and ensure it is resolved promptly.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable for damaged or incorrect items)

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, DUGOS will cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no additional cost

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 10 business days after approval

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@dugos.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider (processing time may vary)
  • Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

🇪🇺 European Union Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Important clarification:

This legal right applies instead of and not in addition to DUGOS’ 15-day return policy. Customers cannot combine both periods.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
